A different place at any time of the day or week. A quiet coffee in the early afternoon, a glass of Champagne or a cold beer al fresco at 4, a glass of Riesling and some freshly shucked oysters at five, a launch pad for a bigger night out or just a place to meet with friends and relax. You might meet a wine maker proudly pouring their wine behind the bar or Jerry Fraser shucking the freshest oysters he can get his mitts on. It's an ever changing parade.

And you are spoilt for choice when it comes to the booze. Just name your poison or let the Must crew make a suggestion. Dozens of wines by the glass, a great selection of Australian and international beers, a small and considered cocktail list plus Sherries, Brandies, Armagnacs, Absinthe, Vodkas, Rums, Tequilas and anything else you might care to ask for.

Leather banquette seating and plush ottomans provide a welcomed reprieve from life on Beaufort Street. The list of bar snacks include Andre Mahés' Charcuterie plate, Chicken Liver Parfait, Chorizo, Olives, Duck Rillettes and other tasty bites.
