Reservations for the bistro and Champagne Lounge are strongly recommended.

To ensure the best possible service for all guests the maximum we can accommodate as a bistro booking is 10 guests. For larger groups please contact events@must.com.au to enquire after alternative options.

There is significant demand for tables at Must, particularly during evenings and weekends. Due to an increasing incidence of cancellations without notice, we may request your credit card information prior to confirming a booking.

We will call you up to 48 hours prior to your booking date to reconfirm, if for any reason you have not heard from us, please contact the restaurant no later than 24 hours prior. If we have not been able to contact you for re-confirmation we may replace your table with a waitlisted booking. If you have re-confirmed your booking and don’t show up on the evening, we will (regrettably) charge $50 per person cancellation fee to your credit card.
